What we do
Four practices held by one small team. The people who design a system are the same people who run it in production, which is why the list is four items long and not thirty.
- Custom softwareInternal systems built around how your business actually works — not around a vendor’s idea of it.
- Systems integrationConnecting the tools you already pay for so data stops being re-typed by hand.
- IT infrastructureNetworks, servers and day-to-day operations, run by people who have done it for a decade.
- CybersecurityAudits, hardening and incident response for companies without a security team of their own.
What we turn down
Every agency lists what it can do. The useful half of the list is the other one.
- Marketing sites and landing pages
- A different craft with different economics. Agencies that do it well are easy to find.
- Mobile apps as the product
- We build the app when it is one face of a system we are already running. On its own, no.
- Staffing by the seat
- We take responsibility for an outcome. Renting out engineers by the month is a different business.
- Specification in, silence out
- Six months of work against a frozen document is how systems get built that nobody uses.
Not sure which of these your problem is?
Describe it in your own words. Sorting it into a category is our job, and if the answer is that we are the wrong team, we will say so.
