How we work

The honest fear about a team 10,000 km away is that they take the money and go quiet. Everything below is arranged so that would be expensive for us and cheap for you.

The first month

Designed so you can walk away from it at any point and still be better off than when you started.

Week 1

A written scope

What gets built, what does not, and what it costs. Yours to keep — take it to another vendor if you like.

Weeks 2–4

One working slice

Deployed in your accounts and used by one real person on your team. Not a prototype, not a deck.

Then

Two-week cycles

Demo, written notes, invoice for the next cycle. Every cycle ends with something running, so stopping is never expensive.

One cycle = two weeks

Each boundary is an exit you can take without losing anything.

What you see, and when

Reporting exists so you never have to ask how it is going.

A demo every two weeks
Working software, in your environment, not slides about progress. If a cycle produced nothing demonstrable, that is the news and we say it.
Written notes after every cycle
What shipped, what moved, what we got wrong. Written, because a conversation across nine time zones cannot be re-read three months later.
Your repository, your tracker
We work inside your accounts. You see every commit and every ticket as it happens rather than in a summary we prepared.
A runbook that keeps up
Every cycle updates the operating documentation, so another team could take over without talking to us. That is the test we hold it to.

The time zone, stated plainly

Bishkek is GMT+6. Ten hours ahead of New York in summer, eleven in winter.

We moved our working day rather than ask you to move yours. The last three hours of it land on your morning — every working day, all year, because our hours shift when your clocks do.

New York
09:00 — 12:00
Chicago
08:00 — 11:00
Denver
07:00 — 10:00

Outside that window you still reach a person rather than a ticket queue. Written updates are waiting when you open your laptop, and calls — if you want them — sit inside it. We reply within 1 business day either way.

Money and ownership

The terms we hold ourselves to, in the words we would use if you asked on a call.

You own the code from day one
It lives in your repository and runs in your cloud account from the first week. We are never the only ones holding it.
Invoiced per cycle, in advance
Two-week cycles, paid before the cycle starts. Small enough that a bad one costs you two weeks, not a project.
Invoicing in USD or EUR
We invoice; you pay by transfer. We are not going to name a payment rail we have not confirmed end to end — when that is settled, this line will say exactly which.
Stopping is a normal outcome
Every cycle boundary is an exit. You leave with the code, the infrastructure, the runbooks and a written handover, not with a negotiation.

Want to see what week one would produce?

Describe the problem and we will tell you what a written scope for it would cover, what it would leave out, and roughly what it would cost to find out.

Start a project

We reply within 1 business day. No sales calls unless you ask for one.
